Larry Long has over a decade of law enforcement and correctional experience, specializing in effective personnel communication, surveillance, and supervision of dependent individuals and offenders. Larry is a certified Professional Crisis Management Instructor, a Mandt Certified Technical and Advanced Technical Instructor, and an FDLE Certified Defensive Tactics Instructor. He is also certified in Law Enforcement, Corrections, and as a General Instructor. Larry’s dedication to security and safety is complemented by his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, which he uses to train officers in advanced defensive tactics. His passion for tackling new and difficult challenges, combined with his strong leadership skills, makes him an invaluable asset to the Blue Shield Tactical Systems team.
